We are working for fossil freedom. To get there, we need nuclear heroes. Two of them are Fia and Victoria, former participants in the Nordic Nuclear Trainee Program.
– I have developed a lot through the trainee program, both in technical know-how but also in leadership skills, conflict management and other soft values, says Victoria, who works with decommissioning at Ringhals 1 and 2.
The Nordic Nuclear Trainee Program is a unique opportunity for those who are at the beginning of their careers. We are looking for new talents in nuclear power who can challenge our mindsets and lead us towards new opportunities.
– The best thing about being a trainee is that you get the big helicopter perspective as soon as you graduate and don’t really have much insight into the industry,” says Fia, who works with construction and reactor safety at Vattenfall.
