The trainee program, edition 3, starts in September 2024 and ends in December 2025. The program extends over 15 months and includes eight seminars. Each seminar lasts for three days and gives you the chance to meet other trainee colleagues for joint training and exercises. The collaboration between the four companies makes the program unique. By rotating between different companies and workplaces, you build knowledge of the entire industry and get a large network of contacts for your continued career.
